Eligibility and Terms

All MSME units run by Individuals / HUFs, Proprietary Concerns, Partnership Firms, Limited Companies

Margin :

Working Capital – 20% to 25%
Term Loan – 25% to 50%

Amount :

Single Borrower: Rs.50 Crore (maximum)
Group Borrowers: Rs.75 Crore (maximum)

Repayment :

Working Capital: One Year (renewable)
Term Loan: Maximum 7 Years excluding holiday period of 12 months / 18 months in case of construction

Security

Primary :

Working Capital Limits : Stocks & Receivables
Term Loan : Assets acquired & created out of Loan amount

Collateral :

For Exposure upto Rs.10 lakh - No Collateral (covered under CGFMU).
For Exposure from Rs.10 lakh to Rs.50 lakh - Collateral Security 100% or fully covered under CGTMSE or under Hybrid model with both collateral security and CGTMSE cover
For Exposure from Rs.50 lakh to Rs.10 cr - Collateral Security minimum 50% and remaining covered under CGTMSE Hybrid Model.
For Exposure above Rs.10 cr - 100% collateral coverage.

Fees & Charges

Term Loans/ WCDL: 1.00% of the loan amount + GST.
Cash credit / Overdraft: 0.50% of the OD Limit + GST.
For renewals: 0.25% of the Limit + GST.
