Essential information every TMB ATM card user should know for safe and seamless banking

As per RBI guidelines, the following instructions apply to ATM transactions in India (w.e.f. July 01, 2011)

brightness_1 Banks must re-credit disputed ATM transactions within 7 working days, failing which a compensation of ₹100 per day is payable
brightness_1 Customers must report ATM-related issues within 30 days of the transaction to be eligible for compensation
brightness_1 Your free monthly ATM limit at other bank ATMs applies across all transaction types

As per RBI guidelines, the following instructions apply to ATM transactions in India (w.e.f. October 15, 2009)

brightness_1 For non-TMB customers, the maximum withdrawal limit is ₹10,000 per transaction
brightness_1 More than 5 withdrawals at other bank ATMs in a month will incur a ₹20 service fee per transaction (GST included)
brightness_1 Only Savings Bank customers receive free withdrawals at other-bank ATMs. Current / OD / CC account holders are not eligible for free transactions
